can you use a pen as a dildo

It was little more than idle curiosity when I asked my friend if a pen could be used as a dildo…you can imagine my surprise when she said “Absolutely!” Apparently, people have been doing this for a long time.

Initially, I was quite hesitant and baulked at the idea. We all know a pen isn’t designed for such a purpose, so it’s a bit of a risk. But then I became intrigued by the idea. I mean, if people have been doing it for years and years then it must be possible, right?

So, I decided to do my own research to find out more. I won’t lie, the information I found online surprised me. Apparently, there a few pros to using a pen as a dildo – it’s cheap, easy to get hold of and you can easily store it away. But there were definitely some cons – mainly the health risks associated with it.

I mean, this isn’t some sort of vibrator sex toys and, let’s face it, we’re not exactly 100% sure how sanitary any pen is. Plus, when it comes to a pen, you don’t really have the option of changing the size. That’s a bit off-putting, because as we all know, most dildos come in a variety of sizes and shapes to fit different needs.

This isn’t to say that using a pen as a dildo is necessarily a bad idea. If you’re willing to take the risk, I guess it could be done. I mean, the risk could be kept to a minimum if you use a new and sterile pen, take your time and use a good lubricant to make sure it slides in nice and easy.

But ultimately, a pen isn’t designed to be used in this way, and it’s very important to remember that. It’s definitely not something I would personally do, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

So, after looking into it a bit more, I came to realize there may be a few pros to it, but ultimately it’s better for both your body and safety to stick to products specifically designed for your needs.

The bottom line is this: if you want to use a dildo, you should look for purpose-built products. You may have to spend a bit more money on it, but at least you’re sure to get safety and quality.
