The first step I took was to unscrew the head of the dildo, which was surprisingly easy. I then had to make sure that all of the thick pieces of plastic were out of the way so I could get the little battery pack in. I was surprised at how tight the slit was, really hoping I wasn’t damaging the dildo as I worked.
Next, I had to get the correct side of the battery facing out. Thankfully the dildo had a marker on it to indicate which side was positive, sex dolls so I didn’t end up short-circuiting it. I also realized I could have tested it with something like a safe-piece of metal, to confirm the correct voltage.
When I finally got the batteries correctly in, it was time to put the head back on. I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right, so I thought it’d help to make sure the little rubber pieces that surrounded the edge of the head all lined up perfectly. Sure enough, when I turned the dial the dildo began to vibrate, meaning I had done it correctly!
I was filled with a sense of pride that my attempts hadn’t gone to waste, and that I had successfully completed my mission! The whole process of putting batteries into a dildo had made me more comfortable with handling things like this, which was great.
The whole episode made me think about how many people wouldn’t have the nerve to attempt something like this. But like anything, if you keep your cool and take the time to do it properly, it’s not actually that hard!
